Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to the following terms.

Commission will not be official until payment is received in 100% or 50%
You can choose a payment plan: 100% or 50%+50%
I can NOT use PayPal due to the laws and restrictions of my place of residence. Services I use as an alternative can NOT make refunds, so be 100% sure you want the commission. I'm really sorry for all the troubles it can cause, but !NO REFUNDS!
By commissioning me, you agree that I can use the finished work for my portfolio and can post it on my social networks with the indication that it was a commission. However, if for some reason you are against this, you can talk to me about it in advance. No extras or anything for it, just a simple talk.
NONE of my artworks be used in any AI “art” generator programs, NFTs, or cryptocurrency projects without my consent.
For commercial use of illustration, such as merchandise, additional fee can be charged. To determine the amount and possible exceptions, please discuss this with me at the very start of the commision.
There is no determined deadline, unless you ask to set one and we come to an agreement. It usually takes me a minimum of two weeks (and up to a month), and deadline smaller than this would require additional pricing. Exact amount is determined by further private disscusion.If something prevents me from working on your commission - such as health issues, other commissions priorities, complexity, college studies, or family issues -I'll do my best to let you know about the delay! If I don't, just assume I'm busy or something came up, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
